My name is Tom Van Valkenburgh (TommyV). My interest in electronics and mechanics began early in life, and when I joined the United States Navy in 1987, I chose to work on Missile/Gun fire control systems, specifically I was trained on a long-range three-dimensional air search radar system. After serving in the Navy for nine years, I was hired by Prime Technology Incorporated, and I began working on various types of CNC equipment, but quickly fell in love with the Fanuc Wire Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM).

In early 2001 Methods Machine Tools acquired Prime Technology, and at that time Methods hired me to work solely on the EDMs. I was employed by Methods for over 23 years, and during that time I traveled abroad and domestically installing, training, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on Fanuc Wire EDMs.

I ventured out on my own in August of 2023, and my passion for the Fanuc Wire EDMs has not waned. With over 28 years of experience, I will always do my best to meet your needs.

I am available domestically and internationally for, installation, repair, and preventative maintenance.
